1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using automatedworlds.com (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

automatedWorlds is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service application that allows users to upload manufacturing planning spreadsheets (e.g. MMBE stock levels, Open Purchase Orders, Routing lists) to run material requirements planning (MRP) tools, calculate safety stock, and export operations reports.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the Excel and CSV files you upload. You represent and warrant that you have the right to process this data. You are solely responsible for ensuring the correctness, integrity, and compatibility of the data you feed into the platform.

4. System Use & Restrictions

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security access, or overload the Convex backend of the Platform. Scripts and tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding planning accuracy or SAP data compatibility.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user violating these terms or engaging in activities that threaten database integrity or system availability.
